PINKS All Out Gate Admission Policy for 2008

PERMITTED
Gate Admission will be subject to the following:

* ONE hard sided or soft sided insulated cooler or bag (may contain ice), not larger than 8 ½ wide x 12 length x 12 inches in height. Examples: cooler, scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, binocular bag, camera bag. You may only bring this item into the facility once during the event. RE-ENTRY through the ticket gates and grandstands will not be allowed unless your ticket has NOT been hole punched. (Restocking is NOT allowed). ONLY EXCEPTION IS MEDICAL NEEDS

* ONE additional clear plastic bag (may NOT contain ice) not exceeding 4 inches wide x 14 inches high x 14 inches long is permitted as well.

* Headsets, scanners, cameras, binoculars, not in a bag but worn separately around your neck or belt, are permitted.

* No person shall be permitted to enter the gates with more than 1 small bag and 1 cooler.

* One seat cushion

TAILGATING: Tailgating can NOT block the flow of PEDESTRIAN and VEHICLE TRAFFIC, FIRE LANES or GATES. Obstruction of any kind preventing the flow of traffic or creating a safety concern will not be permitted. NO OPEN GROUND FIRES of any kind will be permitted (IF YOU ARE USING CHARCOAL YOU MUST PROPERLY EXTINGUISH AND DISPOSE OF IT.)

DO NOT ERECT FLAGS OR OTHER STRUCTURES WITH IN 100 FEET OF PHONE POWER LINES, OTHER RESTRICTIONS COULD BE ENFORCED BY THE SANCTIONING BODY

PROHIBITED
You MAY NOT enter through the spectator entry gates or grandstands with any of the following:

* Glass containers
* Stadium seats
* Liquor or wine
* Any bag, backpack or container larger than described above
* Knives, Weapons or Fireworks
* Pets (only exception are SERVICE ANIMALS)
* Bicycle and Strollers (only exception is parking lots)
* Leaving any item at the entry gates
* Any other item determined to be a safety or health risk

Please note that the following activities are not permitted on Raceway grounds

* Solicitation for Donations
* Selling or buying tickets
* Unapproved selling of merchandise or services
* Unapproved distribution of any item
* Unapproved entertaining

VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY
All video and photography must be taken from the grandstands only. No cameras (still or video) will be allowed in the staging lanes during the event on Saturday

SEARCH & INSPECTION
We reserve the right to search and inspect all vehicles, persons and items entering the facility

Note: No items may be left at the gate.
