All-Star Cast in GIR's NNS/NCTS Commercials

DOVER, Del. - Gateway International Raceway will roll out its new promotional commercials later in June and primary filming began Friday at Dover International Speedway.

Chrissy Wallace returns to the St. Louis area Sept. 6 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race and GIR and fans will get to see her on television soon as she plays a key role in the new TV spot. Bobby Hamilton Racing's Dennis Setzer, who has three runner-ups at GIR, and Stacy Compton, along with Chad McCumbee and Matt Crafton, will also appear in the Truck Series commercial.

The big news this weekend at Dover is the NASCAR Nationwide Series debut of Joey Logano. Logano also made a debut of sorts as one of the drivers appearing in GIR's new Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250. Also starring in the commercial are Gilette-Evernham Motorsports' co-owner Ray Evernham and Roush-Fenway Racing's David Ragan.
